Christmas Range from Kaiser Craft

This year Kaiser Craft have really outdone themselves!

They have released their Christmas range nice and early this year so there is no excuse to not make your own Christmas presents, tags and cards this year.

This year Kaiser Craft have 6 – yes 6 new paper ranges. 4 of these new ranges are in the traditional Christmas colours whilst the other 2 are in a not so traditional pastel and bright range. To co-ordinate with these new paper ranges, Kaiser Craft have also released matching brads.

The new Kaiser Craft Beyond the Page range for Christmas 2008 is even better than the 2007 release. This year’s release includes 5 new album shapes, a new Swivel Christmas Tree and even a cute little gingerbread man!

They have also released 3 new wood flourish shapes, 2 new Christmas clear stamps sets and 6 black Christmas rub-ons.

TOOLS

Now in store we have these handy little “Itsy Bitsy Spoons” by Luminarte. They are perfect for use with glitter or embossing powder and because they are so small – there will be minimum waste!! Clear Stamps

Technique Tiles

If you love adding dimension and texture to your projects, then these Technique Tiles are for you. They are made up of a clean, creamy background which is perfect for use straight out of the packet, or you can easily add your own colour to them. Technique Tiles are lightweight and are only 1.6mm thick and each packet comes with 2 sheets of die cuts. Each sheet measures 12 x 12. I suppose you have all been wondering what has been happening at SGA (it has been a while since our last blog back in March). Well, we have been very busy little people here.

We are running a challenge here at Scrap Gap Australia we are running a challenge for the month of April.

It is going to be a nice simple one.

Create a layout using action shot/s using this sketch.

That's it ladies. Now for the Information.

All layouts must be emailed to scrapgapchallenge@yahoo.com.au no later than 25th April, 2008.

All layout will be posted onto the blog as received then on April 30 a winner will be chosen.

So the prize... Well that is the fun part isn't it.

We have the full paper range, including the foil paper, bronzed paper, glittered and frothed. These really are gorgeous papers. The bronzed, glitter and frothed have a texture to them like nothing felt before.

Clear stamps really are becoming a great item to have in your stash. The clear rubber and clear acrylic blocks we use with them, allow the scrapper or card maker to actually see where the stamp is going on there work. Thus taking out all the guess work and eliminating the error rate.

Prima Paintables - Your Work

One of you (our valued clients) has sent us in there work using one of the gorgeous Prima Paintables paper. Thank you Pam for sharing this gorgeous work with us.

The Borders paper was used in this case. Here it is as you purchase it.

This is how it looked after Pam had coloured it in.

Here is totally completed. Pam told me that in total is layout cost her $2.50. The paper is $1.85. She used 2 brads and printed the photo at home herself.

These finally made an appearance this month in Creating Keepsakes. They can be found in the Latest and Greatest section of the magazine.
